My band mate owns a music store and some kid brung this in on a trade in..It looked like some one chopped it with a axe..It had horrible wounds all over it....we was going to use it as a back up bass..so i told him..let me take the poor thing home and see if i can fix it...after alot of sanding..its done..rattle can paint let me down..but not bad..next time im going to air brush and clear coat it..but sence i do not own the bass..i did not want to put too much work into it ;)

I have done a lot of guitars and basses but I use nitrocellulose lacquer from Stewart Macdonald for accurate refinish. Great body work there hyena

Thanks man..I may have to hit you up for the proper paint when i get ready to do my old charvel fusion my dad got me when i was a kiddy...He also kicked it over in the middle of the night and put 2 big dings in her..lol...But was thinking of redoing it"or having it redone if i could not pull it off" my family colors yellow and black..With a lower black racing stripe....with my families black griffin coat of arms on the upper part...Was astleast my plan..Sence she already hurt and i dont plan to get rid of it anyways..mite as well do something diffrent on it.

I was going to use just the shield part below with the Griffin and a racing stripe..Would giving it that sporty look..lol
