Well I am embarrassed! After chasing what I thought was a bad ground it turned out that it was the 4 AMP fuse that was bad! I now have backlights to the cigarette lighter, W\S wiper and headlight controls!!
I don't have the gauge cluster in place yet. Do those lights run off of the same 4 AMP fuse???
