My Car
1973 Mustang Grande 351C 2V, built on the very last production day (July 6, 1973) for Grande's.
Hi,

Something happened with my car that I don't understand.... Last week I went for a 20 min drive. When I got back (after a flawless drive) and parked the car I opened the hood and noticed the see-through fuel filter was nearly empty. Scared the fuelpump broke I tried to start but it cranked too slow coz the starter was hot.

Today I went back to try and start only to find out that (before doing anything) the filter was filled to the brim....

Any explanations are most welcome!

Howcome it was empty when I left it and full a few days later?

Cheers,

Vincent.
