Fender filler plastic !!

First time I hear of or see:

Mustang rear of top front fender plastic filler trim molding, see photo's.

Are there repro's for sale?

those were an early 71 thing.... they were water deflectors that went up under the fenders to deflect water from the cowl area.

they really didn't work or do anything. so they got rid of them in later 71 cars.

there were 2 different versions a very early 71 and sort of a later revision.

as far as i know they never made them as reproductions.
