found 73 mach1

A friends brother has 73mach1 that im thinking about picking up. Ive kinda would like to have a his and her 73s since she has a coup, but anyway the guy said its a "G"code and that it worth more money. Only thing i could find about the G code is 3:55 gears .

There is no such thing as a '73 "G" Code only F, H, L, Q.

If vin too messed up...You can check for a buck tag...On the left or right bolted on the radiator core support...See if it matches the title too.

Worse case....You will have to take the fender off on the drivers side..Vin number stamped under there...But you should'nt have to go that far unless there is something fishy..lol

No doubt he meant Q code and since he doesn't know G from Q he evidently doesn't know the difference in value which is what you the buyer will pay not what is being asked.

He may have made a mistake. G code is 406 in early 60s Galaxies and Boss 302 in Mustangs and Cougars (1969-1970). Chuck
