My Car
71 Mach 1, 351c 4v, C6 trans, grabber blue with white interior
I've seen a few posts related to this subject but nothing seemed really consistent or they were for a AC car.

In the assembly manual it looks like the heater core right side goes to the water pump fitting and the left side goes to the engine fitting.

Then I came across this engine pic (below) of a Boss 351 and it looks opposite.

Heater core right side to engine and heater core left side to water pump?

Would anyone happen to have the latest description ( or pic ) of how the heater hoses go on a NON AC, 71 351c car?

Which one is correct???

Thanks!

All the crap I took for painting my engine "the wrong blue" (Duplicolor "Old Ford Blue" vs. "Corporate Blue"), and nobody's going to say anything about this? Really?! :chin:

lollerz :whistling:

OK, Just for you:

To the OP:

For the love of god how can you put heater hosed on wrong like you did. You must sell the car (to me cheap) to atone.

YOU SIR ARE A DISGRACE......

Heater hose, schmeater hose. I was talking about the obvious lack of Corporate Blue on that engine as well. :shootself:

Thanks for the solidarity, though. ::beer::

Actually they do mention that the engine has the wrong engine color.

That issue plus wrong heater hose clamps should result in a lower asking price. Sheeshh :D

Here is the link to the car in case anyone wants to read.

I'd be interested to hear peoples thoughts related to the condition and price they are asking.
