I dreamed about asking some kind of government agency about the former owners of this car. But now I know that this is useless.
The same with the netherlands: I learned that there is a government agency called "RDW" where all the vehicles are registered.
There is also a website https://www.rdw.nl, but I can't speak netherland language and so I understand nothing
But I assume it's the same with the privacy as in the states.
Only chance I have is to follow the chain of owners to the source. But this chain seems to be broken, because
Elmo John didn't know or didn't want to tell me where he got the mustang from.
