A friend of mine in Martinsville, IN needs to find a really good automotive machine shop within a couple hours drive. He needs to have an intake milled to fit a decked 427 FE. Can anyone recommend a shop? Thanks, Chuck

Im too far north to recommend anybody( C&P Machine in Ft Wayne is my first choice). If you strike out with Fred let me know I can ask some of my contacts that race if they have heard of any shop in the Indy area thats good. I think he lives in mooresville which is pretty close to martinsville (I think)

I live in the same county as him. I think there is a pretty good shop in Mooresville, my town. I am sure that with all the racing business that Indy would have someone who could do it.

That was my first thought as well. But finding a local shop with experience milling the somewhat unusual FE intake has proven to be more difficult than he anticipated. Any input is appreciated. Chuck
