Issues with secure PDF of Ford manuals (PDF Ownerguard)

I have the Ford Illustration Manual and the Car Shop Manual for our cars. At some point both run fine. Then I was able to only run one. When I open the Shop Manual it will ask me for the serial number. Once entered that worked but then the Illustration Manual didn't work. I went back and forth about 3 times and eventually I ran out of instances. Now I can't open any of the manuals. Does any of you have the two manuals installed with no issues? are they licensed through the Ownerguard software? Any insight would be appreciated.

My shop manual was from Fortel, when I had issues with mine I contacted them and they sent me a fix/work-around.

Thanks. That was a simple solution.... I sent them an email and problem fixed. I should have thought about it, but I guess it was to simple.....

They gave me a couple of few more activations plus made me update the software.
