Born an I-6, spent the teenage, 20 and 30 years as a 302, but at 40 will reach full potential as a 351C.
Okay...over the past 2 years or so I am pretty sure I have purchased or been gifted(Secret Santa) all the parts I need. Now all I have to do is find them.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips regarding ORGANIZATION of these parts so:

1. I can easily confirm I have what I need.

2. I can easily confirm I didn't forget to install something.

3. I can easily confirm I didn't install something out of order.

Is there something I should make myself out of particle board, plywood or card board? Is there something in the wife's kitchen that would be of tremendous benefit(Knife rack, dish tray, silverware tray...got to be something in that huge mess of gadgets and such)? Can I cut up a bunch of garbage cans?

Not that everyone doesn't know this already, but I don't put engines together but once every 5 years. So, every bit of organization helps.

And if you have something, photo's would help.

One thing you will probably find in your kitchen that will help is beer in the fridge. Open a bottle and sip it while you sit in the garage and try to get a good overview over everything that is lying around. When you have finished your bottle, pop another one.

After two six packs, you still won´t know where everything is but you will worry less. :)

I f your kitchen comes with a built in sandwich maker (aka as "wife") that will be a plus.

(Don´t tell K. I said that!!) :)

Definitely need to add beer to the parts list.

And, she doesn't mind making me a sandwich if it keeps me out of her kitchen. She still hasn't figured out how I managed to get her to behave like that.
