rusted muscle book

wife brought home steve magnante's rusted muscle book for me. nice suprise!! great book with lots of photo's covering junkyard muscle cars of every make. a few 71-73 mach one's and coupes. i started going to the junkyard when i was 5(grandpa took me) in 1978. wish i would have been aware enough to spot true muscle cars. still have some interesting cars pop up at the local pull-a-part.last year had two 70 ford xl hardtops with 429's and c6's ready for pulling. didnt have my mustang at the time. rats!! anybody recall some cool muscle cars in the yards?

Yes, well I wanted the whole car but would have settled for anything I could have salvaged. Long story but a threat and an "accidental fire" but an end to my hopes of salvaging any parts.
