What is used to keep the shoulder eblts above the drivers head when not inuse?  My car has been apart for so long I have forgotten

The wire form goes up above the window to hold the harness. If your harness is missing the plastic piece that makes it snap in place Ford had a recall on the plastic piece breaking and falling apart. The Ford fix was to install two rubber o-rings in the place of the plastic part. I found someone on ebay that had a bunch of them and posted a like about a year ago. You might do a search so you can see what you need. You can just go buy the O-rings and do it yourself. The stay fastened fine with the O-rings.

Those are very nice but I just spent $650 to have my belts restored!!
