Slop/ Panel Gray

Has anyone used the NPD formula of slop gray? I am inclined to mix my own since it was really a non-formulated paint and shifted darkness depending on the day. However, is it a gloss, semigloss or flat paint, and about how dark?

I used it on my current restoration, 72 Mach1. It is semi-gloss is a reasonable shade. As you said it was "slop" and varied day to day.
