My grilles arrived today for my door speakers. Anyone have any idea whether the louvers go up or down? I would suspect down to keep the dust out and most louvers do go down but I am not sure.

Mine came in yesterday from Don. I had the same question. I put them in facing down because that's the way my other ones were.

Yeah, I mean Don at OMS. He sales on eBay. Always a 5 Star Transaction.

Oh, heck. I know that DOn. He owns me. I think I have bought a ton of stuff from him and CJ Pony. Some from others but those 2 have all of my money. THat was an easy install. Just cut across the dotted line, remove the cardboard and carpet and install. All of about 10 minutes. The speakers are Soundstream sst4.6 in the front and Soundstream sst6.9s in the rear deck. Wait until you see my sound deadening job. Incredible. Is there anything that you guys did to make sure the power supply did not affect the sound with a buzzing noise?

That is what mine looks like now. I cannot wait to hear how them 4x6 speakers sound in this car. September is the month.
I still have the original stock speakers, probably time to replace mine! What brand speakers did you get?

Soundstream sst6.9 in the back and sst4.6 in the front. Kenwood DIN stereo with XM radio added and a 4 channel amp putting out 50watts each to the front and 75 to the rear. As I said, I cannot wait after all of the money I spend on sound deadening and stereo system. This will be a daily driver.
