My Car
1972 mustang convertable red with white lid, just purchased from USA ca
Hi there just joined (from aussie land) and new to the ford scene. we have just bought a 72 stang conv from the US for my wife ( I have a 68 Camaro) just doing a bit of house work on the car and cant seem to be able to remove the speedo cable out of the speedo, dash has a lot of dust behind the perspex, any help would be marvelous, thanks Dave

easy way is to pull the cluster, reach behind and unhook it...there is a tab you push one sided and it slides right off. pull the cable out of the housing, lube it and put it back in.

I assume that the hand was jumping ?

Hi Dave, welcome to the site. We won't hold your ownership of a Camaro against you....much.
