Temps this week are very dangerous to do much outside. The overnight low was 83 deg. Heat index temps have been 112-120 deg, not seen hear for a longtime. I was working outside and had to stop every 5 minutes to wipe off and eyes burn from sweat. Not coping with days 100+.

How's everyone handling the heat? Hope everyone is doin ok

Man, I hate this heat...Pittsburgh area is also a sweat box! I haven't done anything all week! No A/C at work, so I think I sweated of a few pounds so far!

Thusday I drove a few hours south to Hermosillo, Mexico to help out a national pastor do some construction work. 112 plus 63% humidity. Not sure what that makes the heat index but I was soaked all the way through for the two days I was at it.

HOT here still. Took a trip to lexington ky today, my buddies mom is in the hospital there, when we got in the car to head home the temp rad out said 106 for outside temp, so yeah its hot.

I braved the 102 degree heat today to attend a charity car show. I got a shady spot and there was a little breeze, but it was still hot!!!
