tacking strip ?

i need to replace the tacking strip in the number 4 bow how do you attach it it to the bow ?

Remove all the old tacking material. Get some heavy poster paper. Cut into thin strips and glue each strip over each other with a thin layer of good waterproof epoxy cement. Some of the plastic strips you see advertised do not hold the staples.
