turn signal / emergency flasher

I was going to replace the flashers for the turn signals (passenger side) as well as for the emergency lights (drivers side).

Would anyone have as idea as to why there is such a difference in the price of the ones listed below? Should they all be the same quality?

Not sure why the price difference but any local auto parts store will have them

As Don said, any parts store will carry Quality flashers that you can pick up without having to pay freight or wait for the delivery truck. You can use the 552 flasher in place of the 323 or 224 flasher. Since it was originally used as an emergency flasher and was capable of flashing all the lights at once, it makes a good heavy duty flasher for your turn signals. They plug up the same and I've used them in my Mustangs since the 70's with no problem.
