After I welded in my floor pan. I saw a few pin holes from the light beneath the car. I've been using JB Weld and Belzona over my welds to not only smooth the seams and make it pretty, but also to be sure everything is sealed tight. Is this overkill? Or will the POR-15 seal it enough?

Seam sealer is one good option. It is about 20 bucks a tube. You can spread it to thin the and smooth it into place.

JB Weld isn't really a bad option in my opinion, but it can pop off on poorly prepped surfaces so make sure you clean and rough up the areas. It also takes much longer to dry and may or may not take paint as epoxys are often hard to paint;

Depending on how I am finishing the part out, after getting the welds "complete", I either apply a skim coat of filler or go straight to epoxy primer and seam sealer. If the holes are really visible, I keep welding before moving on...
