What would the compression be

The 72-up specs in that chart are very close, but I wouldn't trust the 71-earlier numbers. If you actually do the math, you'll never hit those published compression ratios.

Hemi, Great chart, thanks. Ford was notorious for exaggerating compression ratios. Usually .75-1.0 points. Chuck

Ok guys this stuff is great im going to print all this But on a lay mans terms on a compression gage two read 126lbs would this be close?

Cranking pressure is a whole different thing. And depends on how fresh the battery, the motor, oil viscosity, temp, and etc.
Generally in a compression test all cylinders should be within ten percent of each other. Actual compression psi can vary per everything above.
