A friend of mine has this carb. Trying to help him identify it. Figured I would start with the experts. Any help is appreciated.

D3AF-LA is '73 429-4V with automatic trans. OE for Ford and Merc full size, Torino/Montego and T-bird.

I'd say around $75 ~ $100 to a Torino guy? A D3AF-VA which is for the same applications sold for $67.50 on eBay a week ago.
