Just a thought, when I did my quarter panel I stripped the paint off the whole area. That way you can see what you're working with.

    Japanese Mustang thread on hagerty.com

Errors aside, very interesting, had no idea that they were used as police cars in Japan! My daughter lived in Japan for a few years and told us about the narrow roads and small cars over there. Surprising that a Mustang could navigate them! They must have kept them on the wider roads.

    Mass backed carpet feedback

We put mass-back in our vert. We liked it better then the standard ACC carpet. It seems to have more "body" to it (if that make sense) so it fits around the foot well and trans tunnel better. Plus, the extra backing helps a little with noise/heat.

Not a T5 -Yes, I would never have thought it would be this difficult to find what is the correct sport mirrors for 71-73 Mustang. Sport Mirror Questions

I'm curious now what casting numbers the two drivers' side mirrors housing I have are as I thought 71-73  housings had a D1Z number.  I will pull apart and check mine. As the other post says, there appears to be several different sizes just between their two cars...and Not A T5 had 3 mirrors...

I wonder what the difference is between WA and AM on your passenger side mirror picture the housing number looks like C9ZB -Doesn't that indicate a 69 number? I wonder what the correlation is between the...

    Sport Mirror Questions

Hello all, Hoping to get some info/help on a few sport mirror questions. I have researched the forums for similar questions and got some answered. “Stanglover” and ”Not A T5” had an exchange on this topic back in August of 2017 but there wasn’t a definitive answer on the mirror housing size...
