My dad used to use a household oven he picked up second hand specifically to cure paint on exhaust manifolds and powder coated items (Eastwood powder coating kit). He set it outside his garage so fumes weren't a problem.

If you're going to use Rust-oleum and you have a compressor, buy the paint in the quart cans and get yourself a cheap (Harbor Freight) spray gun to apply it with. Follow the instructions on the can. It'll be cheaper and you'll get better coverage than from a rattle can.

On the horns, keep loosening and tightening the tuning screw while applying power to the horns. I've been able to salvage several horns using this process.
