Has anyone come up with a formula or some type paint to simulate sloppy grey? That's the correct color for the shock tower braces, and the hood latch mount, right?

Thanks James, it's an Edelbrock intake, I'm pretty sure I could fab someting up, but I'd like to keep it as stock as possible. I post up, should I find something, we have a Mustang junk yard here in Richmond VA, might find something there.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has a throttle cable holder, that the mounting holes are 180 degrees (or inline) to the throttle cable? The one on the car is 90 degrees.
Thanks
Robert
Like the others said, if it still has the original paint, I'd keep it original. If it's been repainted another color, make it what you like(unless you have it sanded to metal, then original).
Stock heads w/SS valves and better spings. I'm still up in the air about putting nitrous on it.
My last car w/nitrous, 70 Cougar 351c 4 bolt, 4 barrel CC, dyno'd at 445hp, w/a 250hp shot of nitrous.
It's got an Edelbrock Performer intake (I ground all the markings off to make it look kinda stock), Holley 600, a little cam .218 intake .228 exhaust (@ .050), roller tipped rocker arms, and some sort of headers. I'm hoping to make around 300hp.
Hello all, I'm new to the site. I've owned 7 Mustangs from 71-72 everything from this convertible to a Boss 351 and several Mach's. It's great to find a site that caters to our crowd. I can't wait to read all the tips and pointers on the forums.
