My mom had moles last year. We bought mole spikes that vibrate every 30 seconds. They work best in clay soil. That seemed to work but I like your solution better. Not sure what neighbors would think hehe

I had one years ago that would dig in my lawn. Problem here is that they are protected wildlife. That would of course not kept me from beating the crap out of him in case I got the sucker.

But then somebody told me that they don't like noise and that mowing the lawn once a week would be enough to chase them away.

Guess what, it really worked. I've never had one since.

This year I had ants. Tons of 'em it seems. After what they did to my lawn, I wish I had the mole instead, believe me....

Every 40 to 50 cm a new nest that kept rising in the grass.:-(

My lawn looks like a turnip field.
