That is the drivers side motor mount heat shield. Bolts between the block and the motor mount. Keeps heat from the manifold from damaging the rubber mount.

^^^ +1 I've dropped an engine in the engine bay, ONCE! Got lazy and trusted a grade 5 bolt that broke. I've never trusted those 4 little carb studs, especially on an aluminum intake. I always use a chain with grade 8 bolts on each head. I think you were lucky, and smart to use a back up.

Ok, I have a complete 73 power window set up but no 73 to put it in. I probably will have a 71 to put it in. Question is can I put the set up in and convert the switches to 71 style switches? Is the wire harness basically the same? Or would I be better off buying a 71 harness?

Good points. I thought paypal was secure and couldn't be hacked but you never know I guess. I am stringing him along. He says he's in the army so I asked what his MOS is and what unit he is attached to. Let's see how smart he is:D

Yea, all the signs of a scammer but how are they using PayPal to scam people. All he asked for is my account name to make the deposit. How are they getting around all that security?

I think I have a scammer on the hook. He says he can't come see the car in person because he's deployed, will pay my asking price, but he insists on using PayPal because it's secure. Have scammers figured out how to scam someone using a very secure pay site, paypal, now?
