Over the weekend I seam sealed and painted the trunk and rear wheel wells and started to bleed the brake system only to find no fluid getting to drivers front wheel. I ruled out the proportioning valve being tripped because I was getting fluid to passenger front. I chased back to proportioning valve and had no fluid coming out there. I removed and disassembled and found that the valve (original) was full of crap and that port was clogged. Of course it is the only part that I was attempting to reuse in the whole system, will teach me not to try and cheap out. At least I made some progress on the body work.

It looks brand new on the outside but is straight junk on the inside

I'll have to decide if I want to rebuild it or just buy a new one. I would like to keep the original housing with the Ford numbers on it but I have never rebuilt one before and don't want my brakes to fail because I did it wrong. Besides my car is not a numbers match or meant to be concourse car anyway.
