1972 Export Mach 1 Marti Report

This car was built for export with DSO 99 and shipped to Europe in July 1972. It was ordered by the Ford Marketing Division. The factory invoice shows no $$ amount and states OPEN ACCOUNT. I have owned the car since 2003. The previous owner purchased the car in 1981 from a car yard in Melbourne Australia. It was first registered in Australia in 1981.

I would like to find out the cars history prior to 1981. Can anyone help trace the history of 2F05F225680?

I have an export 72 Q code Mach 1 but have never ordered a Marti since I do not intend to restore. Just a parts car for now.

Interesting that they did not price anything. I guess price would have been put in the denomination of the country receiving the shipment.

Pic is my door sticker. It also says for Export Only. DSO of 90.

That will be a tough one to track down unless a member was PO.
