I'm trying to duplicate a BOSS 351 style engine compartment. I just bought a new coil bracket off of eBay. A coil bracket is a coil bracket, right? Well after trying to fit it, I discovered that Ford did some weird stuff back in the day. The beveled cut-out is on the wrong side of the bracket, so the bracket will not install in the correct orientation.
I need a coil bracket that is specific to a 351c. I've poked around on eBay and it has hundreds of brackets like the one I have. Only two that are correct for what I need, and I'm not paying $35-$45 plus shipping for one. I'll cut the corner on this one before I pay that much. Does anyone have one lying around that I could buy? These cant be that uncommon. It's just something that is not commonly known.
