351C Ram Air exhaust heat shield

Is this part also used on a Mustang '73 351C with Ram-Air?

Is this a rare part and what value have this shield?

I paid $60.00 for mine off of eBay for my 71 with Ram-Air conversion, looks the same though.

That appears to be in very good condition. Most exhaust heat shields rusted away / fell off or began to rattle and were pulled off.
