72 tilt colume ignition actuator

Hi my 72 Mach 1 has a problem with the ignition when you turn it to start

The engine it clicks and then will not return,some times I can turn it 180 degrees

But then jams

I have removed the ignition barrel and then removed the brass gear that had a broken tooth I have ordered a replacment its on the way

I then have removed the stearing wheel and can see the actuator is not as long as it should be so have replacment one on way

The problem now is I do not know how to replace the actuator my colume is a tilt version can some one give me step by step procedure to get the part out or a site I could visit

Any help would be great

I also found other video which helped as well so have now orderd parts from classic cougar

Just waiting for parts to arrive so I can reassemble im looking forward to getting it back together

Just a update

I had parts arrive to repair tilt stearing and have fitted them

And now reassembled

Also fitted ignition brass gear and alloy part it pickup on

And put all together ignition now works?

But have play in colume ?

It's not the bearing comes a little further down any ideas pls
