73 351c timing pointer

I got my 73 missing the timing pointer and have timed it by ear OK.

Been looking on fleebay for a pointer and ppl show two different ones...

a short one and a long one which is correct?

And seriously $35 for a used one?

Unbelievable that PO can the take engine out rebuild it and S-can the pointer

... well if you could see the rest of the car it would not be surprising!

anyway does anyone have a photo of the correct 73 351c pointer or have one 4sale?

On my 72 2v motor I had that was the pointer as well

That's definitely the one you want in the pic put up by Racer-X. If you weren't so far away I'd just give you one, probably got about half a dozen or so of them laying around the place.

That's from a later 351M or 400M engine, not for the 351C
