howdy from phoenix! Is it still in AZ? You house doesn't look like typical AZ construction. AZ cars are amazing for their lack of rust. Usually the interiors suffer from the UV rays.

Yep, will second this ^^^ the only rust will be in hidden areas where Ford did not provide any type of bare steel protection. Usually surface rust, easily dealt with during a restoration. Oh, and the interiors are toast, worse if you have a vert... Good luck on the resto....
