I to have been off site for awhile, mostly cause by common concerns. Things like earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, home daughter's renting going to foreclosure. I'm currently rebuilding my basement from my man cave into a 2BR , den and bath for her family. On the positive side, my daugthers home

and it will raise the valve of my house.
