There are a ton of different sauces you can make...and in Texas you will find a large variety. Here's a wet sauce that I like to make for ribs and chicken.Anybody got a recipe for real Texas BBQ sauce![]()
You can try this rub...it's great on pork (especially ribs) and other meats and to use in the BBQ sauce...Sounds good will give it a try. Care to elaborate on the rub a bit.
Any one tried Billy F Gibbons sauce piquant and BBQ. Just wondering as a ZZ Fan and because I Can't get it in Aus to try.

* 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
* 1/4 cup Paprika
* 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
* 1 1/2 tablespoon Coarse Salt
* 1 tablespoon Hickory Salt
* 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
* 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
* 2 teaspoons Celery Seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
And just for the record...you guys are the only ones in the world who get my special recipes...Mustangs rule!
