timsweet,

Are they for the rear brakes? If so, with the Matrix Ceramic Brake Shoes, 31 LB Heavy Trick Spring Kit, Star Wheel Self Adjuster Combo Kit plus Rear High Volume Wheel Cylinders, it should be a great kit for better stopping power than the old stock ones.

I went with the 1973 Ford Mustang Rear Drum Brake - Legend Series from master Power brakes. Dang, these things are huge!

Here is my forum thread.

Anyone have any experience with these?

Seems like a nice package. I just picked up a 72 Mach 1 that needs basically everything since it's been sitting since 94. I might have to pick up this kit as well, so the 69-72 10x2 R kit. Their front kit is for drum brake cars only huh...I guess they don't offer parts for front disc brake cars.

Thanks for sharing!

for 178 bucks they better be good. have u looked for really good shoes and then go to rock auto for the rest. i got the springs, cyl's at dirt cheap price and went to auto zone and got the good shoes.. all for way under a 100 bucks, without going to garage and looking, i feel i spent under 150 bucks for all 4 brakes.
