Okay, no pics yet but here is another interview where they mention the car. First off, kind of funny how no one can believe someone actually drove a car from Austin to Texas but, more important, catch how she corrects the year of the car:

Ther's a picture of "a" '73 convertible at the bottom of that article; not necessarily "her" '73 convertible. Could just be a stock photo the magazine dropped in.
Maybe they used her car for the Danica Partick Go Daddy.com ad. You can google that one for your viewing pleasure.

Ah Man! I was all excited till you pointed that out. But it is a very good point. At least whom ever put that pick in got the right year....

Yes; when that one came on during a show I had recorded, I'd always watch it a couple of times, mostly for the car.
