Looking for a pair of quench 4Vs that don't cost a fortune. I'm planning on stainless valves, hardened seats, and screw in rocker studs, so they don't necessarily need to be freshly done.

What'cha got?

The pivotal question:

What are you looking to spend?

You'll find bare stock virgin heads usually for $200-up, with the average going rate running around $300-350ish.

Depending on your finished goal, the machine work and associated hardware adds up very quickly... right up to or exceeding new aluminum, ready to run sets. Be careful.

Yeah, I know. I've been eyeing CHI 4Vs... Don't quite want to drop $2300 at the moment. I can get a deal on machine work and assemble myself.

I have a set of 4v uench heads. Send me your email info. I have picts of them. They are bare heads. Asking $350 for the set + shipping.

Jim
