Looking for clutch suggestion. Running 351c with a T5z and 3.70 rear gears. I had an OEM style from LUK that made it about 3000 miles. Engine specs are listed in my signature. It is by no means a stock motor so looking for a performance clutch. Not sure on dual friction or not so any advice is appreciated.

The dual friction works fine in two of my cars. One makes right at 500 HP, 500 TQ. I'd look at McLeod, Ram, and Exedy if they make one for your application. I've also run full metallic in a few "street" cars. They work, they last, but they a bit touchy and digital in action (on or off). My personal preferences is to not use a diaphagm pressure plate in an application designed for a long style pressure plate. Chuck

Wow. Good reading. So a long style is not offered for my particular application as far as I can see. Basically from a clutch stand point I need some thing for a Fox Body as I’m running a T5 with 157t billet flywheel and a cable release. Here is one I found that seems to have received good reviews.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I also saw a dual disc setup from Ram but quite Spendy and I don’t have any experience with dual disc set ups.

I would call RAM, 803 788-6034. They may have something that will work. With the 157 tooth flywheel I think you are limited to a 10.5 inch clutch. RAM PN 98502, or some variation, may work. Chuck
