Looks like I broke the metal contacts off the two wire bulb socket that feeds the dash light circuit. Anybody got one with contacts and wires still attached? Let me know.

Thanks

Yeah - I'm right there with ya. I've got 3 or 4 in mine that are either melted, broken, or just missing. Midlife pointed me toward some units at NPD, but it turns out they were the twist-in sockets for the backside of the instrument cluster.

By the way, the ones I got from NPD that twist in do not work. They are slightly off and do not contact the circuit board when twisted in. Still looking for reasonable replacements...

Are these bulb sockets with wires coming out of the back, or are you looking for the stand-alone sockets that contact the circuit card on the back of the dash cluster?

If you need bulb sockets with wires, I have many of them, usually for a 1895 bulb. Tell me which color wires they are and I can probably get you them for $5 plus another $2 for shipping.

Yes Randy bulb socket with one black wire and one green with red stripe wire. The metal tabs that contact the circuit board appear to have broken off.

PM me your paypal address and I will send $$.

Thank you very much for your help.
