Can you repeat the above in it's original German format, the translation is missing something and now I'm really curious, thanks.....: "Power breakdown in the garage - talked to my family - seem to be nice folks".

I'd say: " Stromausfall in der Garage. Habe (als Folge dessen) meine Familie getroffen. Scheinen nette Leute zu sein"

Ich bin geboren und in Südamerika erhöht Spanisch sprechen, so Portugiesisch und Französisch sind nicht schwer zu holen; studierte Griechisch und Hebräisch in Graduiertenschule und sie in der Kanzel jeden Sonntag. Aber Deutsch - ahhh - nicht so einfach und nicht so lustig. Spaß zu hören, aber schwer zu lernen. Sie scheinen es zu wissen!
