Hope the results of the test is good news. I know the feeling of the last few minutes on a tread mill. We've got one down stairs I try and use as much as possible...I'll tell the frau, "I'm heading to the dungeon to do the dread mill".

Sounds like quite a scare but at least they did not say minor heart attack or stroke. Sounds like you need to take time off and play with cars. :)
I think I have too much time off since I retired about 2 years ago. I think I was much more active going to work!

Just what the doctor ordered!!!

Glad you made it through and best of luck with all the results.

Turn off the tV.....walk 5 miles....come home feeling better and work on YOUR CAR!!!

Glad to hear all is well so far.
I was thinking about moving the treadmill over some so I could see the TV while exercising. :D

That's legal! :p

Glad to hear the treadmill test apparently went relatively well. I hope you continue to receive positive "reports" and that you feel better.

Thanks all.

I just did a 1 1/4 mile fast walk on our home treadmill. It took about 35 minutes. To make the time pass faster I started reading the Invisible Man on my Galaxy Note II. Hopefully I will be faithful to exercising.
