Anyone using modern car type heats shields under their car to deflect exhaust heat like newer cars have?
I’m not talking about all that DEI stuff that seems to not work but actual new car type heat shields.
I have my interior out of my car right now for prepping it for paint and I do have the dynamat style insulation on the floor.
I run my car at least once a week to keep juices flowing.
I noticed my floor still gets pretty hot from the exhaust and was wondering if under car heat shields would help.
I did tuck my exhaust slightly up ward after the headers but not too much.
Maybe that is a contributing factor.
Thanks
