drain radiator
remove heater hoses
if with a/c, evacuate system
remove 2 nuts from outside firewall that hold heater box in place

remove glove box door
remove glove box
remove radio bezel
remove radio
remove dash to cowl support
remove lower heater distribution duct
disconnect vaccum hoses,mark or take pictures where they go
remove heater duct actuator
heater box should be removable.... twist a bit... do not OVER force, you will feel resistance!
remove heater box, remove clips on outside( they make replacements, i bought 8, if you have them all this should be plenty)
seperate the top and bottom halves.... (a/c condenser should be on top half, core on lower)
Work the door, remove the spring nut on the door.
There are 2 dividers inside the heater core box( pay attention to orientation) remove them to access the heater core
remove core and rubber sides.
Assembly is opposite of removal
took me about 3 hours.
