I am from ky. first car was a 70 428 cj mach 1, since then ive owned a 67 cougor , and a 70 m code fastback , my sons both have a 66 amd 69 coup. am in the process of going back thru this 73 mach i have had for 11 yrs. might check on my first post on putting on a chrome bumper on a 73

Why would anyone give up a '70 428 Cobra Jet? Especially the emblem on the hood scoop:

Welcome from Georgia. My first car was a 69 version of your 70, same 428 Cobrajet scoop. Man I wish I had that car back now!
