On a lighter note, I found myself tossing and turning the last few days while I number crunch between getting a pertronix 111 plug and play dizzy or the crane pro curve with the 9x3 (27) electronically adjustable timing settings. Feel free to shot out if you've had a bad experience with either...

7) a bed room is for sleeping-not working on the computer or watching TV.
It's also a good time/place for an exercise routine before sleep to help you sleep...I tell my wife that anyway.

Since a year, I sleep with a machine which send me air all night long, I use this machine because I suffer of sleep apnea. Due to my job, I use to work on day or night, that 's not help. I was tired the day with some small sleep was needed, and during the night I was sleeping good for a few hours then wake at any time.

Since I use this machine, and I heard that more and more people use it, I sleep much much better, and since the morning till i go to bed, i have more energy, I work better and don't need small break during the day, when I have to drive for long distance no problem anymore to fight against fatigue.

I still sleep bad when I drink to much, specially white wine, or strong alcohol, first hours sleep good, but then eyes wide open with high heartbeat. I drink also less as before, but still feel sometimes like young :)

Also with this machine I don't snore anymore (if nt drunk).

So all benefits for me, and for my wife too, she's more happy now.

Yes and depending on the exercise, could also reduce the risk of prostate problems :p

More sleepless nights... It's now time to get up, but I have been up for 3 hours...

Fighting off a cold... Stuffy nose makes it harder to sleep.

I feel you when they switched me from days to nights I was up for 30 hours and the day before I had been up for 22. that physically hurt only getting 2 hours sleep in a 50 + hour span.

I have survived on about 4-6 hrs sleep since I was about 16 my brain just wouldn't shut down didn't hurt so much when I was young and fit. Became a handy skill later could go 3-4 days without sleep when I was out on the tear. Record was 6 days no sleep and no chemical friends to help if you know what I mean, that was fine in your 20s. All the bad company that I loved to keep meant I hardly slept through most of my 30s stress and overwhelming violence was always close at hand then. Now I am 40 I am tired and don't remember how to sleep, but I want too. No help from me CZ but I feel where your coming from
