Kickdown Bar for air gap intake?

Does anybody know if I am going to be able to use my kick-down bar with an air gap intake? Or am I going to have to get a Lokar cable?

You can use it but it will have to be lenghtened an inch or so. There are a few ways to go about this, I took another kickdown rod I got from the junkyard, cut a 1" section out of it, cut my original kickdown and welded the additional section into it. Problem solved.

DUH, I didn't even think about that, I'm sure as a welder I can figure something out.:chin:

No problem, one plus doing it that way is it looks stock.
