lenko trans

This may seem like an off the wall question,but I am thinking of putting a lenko transmission in my car this winter before race season starts. Has anyone used one and is this idea too far off the wall?

Jim, I never had enough horsepower to justify using a Lenco. I must admit it is an intriguing idea, considering they are now offering their ST1200 which is geared toward the Street and Track crowd, supporting up to 1200 HP.

As I understand it, this unit is much lighter than their CS1, CS2 and CS3 units. I would think that it will still require four (4) cases, if you are going to use a Reverse gear.

Again, I would be interested in seeing how it works out. If you do it, try to get 'er done before I finish my 545 installation as I might have a Broader C6 for sale.
