lug nuts for 1973 vert D70Z-1012-A

Looking to replace my lug nut on my car. I found some Ford lug nut from the seventy's that are close and need 10 more. Here is the part number. Once in a great while a few pop up EBay.

I have not been able to find them anywhere else.

What is the nut?  Just regular nut or for forged Aluminum wheel. That is wrong number for Forged aluminum. The nuts for forged wheels are very scarce a 1970 number I lost pic in crash.
