Mild custom project input

My dad is looking for a new project he has had a few fast cars in his time and has also had a car that was judged grand champion a few years in a row at the nationals. He has since retired due to a serious back injury that has left him unable to ride Harleys anymore or work on cars to the very high standard that he enjoys. So we are looking at off brand mild customs just airbagged, bellflowers and a candy or heavy metalflake roof, cars that can be driven anywhere in any weather and not cry tears of blood if you get a stone chip . here are the options photos just to reference body style.
